Are you somehow still holding on?

By | Uncategorized | One Comment

Two monks left their monastery to pilgrim for a couple of years. They were not allowed to speak to anyone or touch anyone all the time they were travelling.

They got to a river where a woman was trying to cross but she couldn’t do so on her own, as she was too scared to.

The one monk wouldn’t help, given their directive from the monastery; but the other one picked her up, carried her across the river and set her down very safely on the other side.

The monks continue their journey together and arrived back at the monastery two years later.

When they had settled back, the monk who wouldn’t carry the woman said to the other one — “ how come you broke the rules we were given for our pilgrimage and carry that woman across the river … you KNOW we were not supposed to talk to or touch anyone?”. The other monk looked at him gently and said — “for two years you have carried this heavy load with you, but you see I put her down on the other side of the river and moved on!!”

Sums it up doesn’t it!!

So, where are YOU holding on long past your sell by date. I’m sure you know that I am passionate about all things that keep us stuck, heavy, in the past, bemoaning our situation — whether anything in your physical space that depletes your energy, people stealing your power (remember it’s only with YOUR consent though) and of course any body clutter stealing your va va voom.

So to share this passion and nudge you along your path to help YOU LET GO – read on, as I have a gift for you.

Getting rid of clutter of all descriptions is one of the easiest ways to start shifting your life. There is a very magical reciprocity between letting go and creating new flow. As you dare to be brave, take the next step and look at all aspects of your life, you will trigger such an amazing series of events that will catapult you forward to the next level.

In order to climb, you HAVE TO trust and let go of the branch below.
